Play Therapist Grace Dorgan is holding a free workshop on helping your child manage their worries and anxiety in College Arms, Caherciveen on Saturday 17th November from 10am-1pm.

There is also a Free Parent/ Guardian workshop with Grace on the 15th, 22nd, 29th November and 6th December from 10am -12 noon.
