On Friday 4th May, a new defibrillator was very kindly donated to the school. It is currently being housed in the office until an outdoor unit is installed. The safety of the school community has always been and remains a priority for the Board of Management of St. Finian’s National School. We are a extremely active school with a very healthy ethos which is promoted on a daily basis in the school. Therefore we are very grateful to local defibrillator group including, John Galvin, Mary Berrington and Pat Everett for this valuable life-saving piece of equipment. Staff will undergo training shortly.
