4th Class visited An Corcán this morning for some baking lessons. They learned how to make Christmas biscuits and how to decorate cupcakes and Yule Logs. A massive thank you to Fiona and all the staff at An  Corcán, Lorraine, Avril, Sinéad, Mary Carmel and Auntie Bridie for a fabulous day that the children really enjoyed!
