Planting Sunflowers

Many thanks to Paula and Eric Bilby who came and planted sunflowers with the children on Friday (15th June). It was a great experience and the children really enjoyed it. We look forward to many colourful sunflowers in our gardens this summer. Advice from a Sunflower: Rise, Shine and Hold your Head High.

Primary School Sports Castleisland

Girls Cumann na mBunscol

Congratulations to the girls football team today, (29th May) who beat Gneevgullia in the county quarter final of the Cumann na mBunscol competition in Killorglin. Tokens for Homework Journals

For the school year 2018/2019 the school will collect tokens in order to receive Lee Strand Homework Journals. One Journal will be received for every 10 Mighty Mikey Milk tokens collected. We would appreciate it if every family could start collecting. Thank you.

Primary School Sports Medal Winners 2018

COASTGUARD RESCUE HELICOPTER 115 VISIT

On Wednesday 23rd May, the Coastguard Rescue Helicopter 115 landed in the Waterville GAA football pitch at 10am. We would like to thank all the parents and children for supporting our book fair this year. We are especially grateful to the parents who volunteered to run the book fair every morning. South Kerry Primary Schools U-Can Skills Competition for Girls takes place on Wednesday the 15th May in Con Keating Park Caherciveen at 10.30am.
